I love the diversity and at the same time feel longing to find the common denominator.
As much turmoil as our world experiences, I figure the only way we’re able to co-habitate is due to this one root experience: love. In celebration or grief, I believe that innately we all know an experience of deep love. It may not have ever come

With V-Day right around the corner, I’ve got “Things I Love” on my mind. Being a passionista for healthy food, grass-roots ventures, and treats that don’t make me feel guilty, here’s a short list of some of my favs.

What do you want this New Year? We often have ideas of what we want or who we want to “be” without formulating a plan for success. We lie dormant in the background of our own lives waiting for external circumstances to determine our fate.
