All are welcome at our meditation classes; beginners or advanced! Bring a pillow or cushion (or we have them for sale and borrow if you are one of the first here!) and enjoy an hour of guided zen style meditations and visualizations that will help calm your mind and body, leading you to rediscover your true nature. Many report better sleep and more focus as well! It’s a great hour with a great group.
