Refunds on product purchases are not available. You must return the product to the store location or ship (at your cost) the product back to the return address. Once the product is inspected and deemed sellable, you will receive a replacement product. We regret to inform that opened or used products are not returnable.
Monies spent on special events, classes and workshops and all appointments and services are refundable with a 24 hour (or more) notice. All other reservations, purchases, appointments or bookings not cancelled before 24 hours (with written email receipt of phone confirmation) will be charged full price.
